Applicants who must be over 18 are required to complete a membership application form which is available from either the Reception or by contacting the Membership Secretary of Maxims Casino Club. Alternatively, applicants can download the form from here.

These completed forms should then be posted, faxed or returned to Maxims Casino Club. New members will be required to provide identification on their first visit to Maxims Casino Club e.g. passport, driving licence or identity card.
